Let’s talk about Gourmet Table Catering… I met Jamie and her Husband Matt at our Babes brunch event sometime last year. And I got to experience the DYI cooking experience they offer and let me just say it was everything I never knew I was missing. Since then, i’ve booked them for my Thanksgiving dinner and a Valentine’s Dinner date for my husband and I. Figured we could skip all the chaos at the restaurants and switch it up! Aside from the cool cooking experience…. you should see the menu! Appetizer— Dilly Cucumber bites. Hello! My name is Jamie Manning, my husband Matt and I created Gourmet Table Catering!

How did this wild idea begin you ask? Well, ever since I was a child we did this type of dinner with my family where we cooked in front of ourselves and it was so fun! We did before school dances with our friends and holidays like 4th of July and New Years!

Fast forward years later, I get engaged and start looking for catering for my wedding. Everything was expensive which is the normal for weddings, but if I was going to pay this much money I wanted it to be special! I had helped with so many weddings that I wanted ours to be different than the usual. An idea popped in my head, would it be possible to cook in front of ourselves and are we crazy enough to cater our own wedding? The answer was YES!

GTC was born and our very first event was our own wedding day. I have never had more people talking about the dinner than that day and even after! If we could get it to run smoothly on our own day with 150 people imagine yours!

What is more special than creating an experience for your guests and allowing them to cook food just how they like it? We have many menu options and are always willing to try what you have in mind to see if it is doable! We also provide our own wait staff to ensure if any one has any questions we are here to help. Not a great cook? We got you covered for even the worst cooks, but allowing others to make their dish their own. Got kids? GTC offers a kid box that is like a Happy Meal and comes with a toy but tastes better! We not only cater weddings, we can do bridal parties, rehearsal dinners, brunch, dinner with a few close friends, and even work events!
